Having trouble signing in?
Here are the common causes and what to try. If none of these work, see the recovery options at the bottom of the page.
Common causes and what to try
Can't sign in via Discord, Google, or another external account
If your browser is blocking pop-ups, the sign-in window may not open. Allow pop-ups or try a different browser. Clearing cookies and cache, and temporarily disabling extensions like ad blockers, can also help.
Your passkey isn't being recognized
Passkeys are bound to the device and browser you registered them on. If you're accessing from a different device, please try the one you originally registered. Your current browser may also not support passkeys — try another browser or device.
The email sign-in link never arrived
Check your spam folder, and confirm you're checking the same email address you signed up with. Links also expire, so old ones won't work — request a new one from the login screen.
If none of those work
Use the recovery code you saved when you signed up — it lets you sign in even when the methods above are unavailable. If you don't have the code either, please reach out to support.
