We are writing to inform you of the end of the current Beta phase and the scheduled service maintenance accompanying our transition to Phase 2.

Table of contents:

Overview

The current Beta phase will conclude on Wednesday, May 13, 2026. To carry out the changes required for our transition to Phase 2, BotShade will be paused for approximately one week.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our customers.

May 13 – May 20, 2026Migration work for Phase 2 (approximately one week)
Wed, May 20, 2026Scheduled service resumption (start of Phase 2)

The resumption date is subject to change depending on the progress of migration work. Any updates will be posted promptly on status.botshade.com and our Discord server.

Service impact during the pause

The following will be unavailable during the pause:

  • Dashboard sign-in and all dashboard operations
  • Existing bot execution and command response
  • New account registrations

Progress updates and the expected resumption time will be posted on status.botshade.com as work proceeds.

Handling of your bot data

While bots will not run during the pause, all customer data will be preserved in full.

The following is retained:

  • Bot configurations, flow definitions, and command definitions
  • Linked Discord server information
  • Dashboard account information and usage history

No data will be deleted or modified. When the service resumes, you will be able to continue exactly from where you left off.

What Phase 2 will deliver

Phase 2 will introduce custom commands as a new headline feature.

During Beta, bots have been built by composing a fixed set of pre-defined commands. In Phase 2, you will be able to define your own slash commands in the flow editor and use them directly on Discord. Command names, arguments, and response content will all be customizable.

Detailed specifications and usage will be announced again at the start of Phase 2.
