Last updated: October 22, 2026Thank you for using BotShade.
On October 22, 2026, we partially revised the Privacy Policy. This revision adds the external transmission by the Google Ads tag, which takes place only where you have consented to the use of advertising Cookies; there is no change to the handling of information of those who do not consent. There is also no change to the items of personal information we collect or the purposes of use of personal information. In accordance with Chapter 15, Article 1 of the Privacy Policy, the revision applies from the time this notice is posted.
Since October 20, 2026, this website has used the Google Ads tag only for visitors who have consented to the use of advertising Cookies. Although this handling was described on the Cookie consent screen, it was not set out in the Privacy Policy, so we have now set it out in this revision.
Changes
1. External transmission by Google Ads set out
To measure the effectiveness of advertising and to deliver BotShade advertisements on Google services, this website loads the Google Ads tag only for visitors who have enabled “advertising Cookies” in the Cookie consent banner or the Cookie settings screen.
- We have added Google LLC (Google Ads) to the table in Chapter 12, Article 2 (Information Transmitted Externally), setting out the information transmitted (Cookie identifier, URL of the page viewed, referrer, browser / OS information, IP address, and the fact that a link for proceeding to the dashboard, such as “Start for free”, has been clicked), the purposes of use, and the timing of transmission.
- We have added measuring the effectiveness of and delivering advertising to the purposes in Chapter 12, Article 1 (Use of Cookies).
2. Statement on the provision of personally referable information added
Google may link the information transmitted by the Google Ads tag with information it holds (such as your Google account information) and identify you. We have therefore added the following to Chapter 12, Article 2.
- Because the transmission by the Google Ads tag may constitute the provision of personally referable information to a third party under Article 31, Paragraph 1 of the APPI (including the provision to a third party in a foreign country), it is carried out only where consent to the use of advertising Cookies has been obtained.
- Google is located in the United States, and information on the personal information protection system of the United States is as set out in Chapter 8, Article 2. For the measures taken by Google to protect personal information, please refer to Google’s Privacy Policy.
3. Correction of the statement regarding Google Signals and similar features
The note to Chapter 12, Article 2 stated that “The Company does not use Google Signals or advertising features.” This statement referred to the settings of Google Analytics, and we continue not to use these features in Google Analytics. On the other hand, the Google Ads tag is used where you have consented to the use of advertising Cookies, so we have revised the statement to be limited to Google Analytics.
We have also made it explicit that, with respect to Google Ads, Google is not an outsourcing party of the Company, and that Google handles the transmitted information to provide advertising services to the Company and also for its own purposes in accordance with its own privacy policy. Accordingly, in the table of outsourcing parties in Chapter 7, Article 1, we have changed the description of the work outsourced to Google LLC from “Access analytics (Google Analytics and the like)” to “Access analytics (Google Analytics)” to make clear that Google Ads is not included in the outsourced work.
4. Introductory note updated
To reflect this revision, we have updated the introductory note and the revision dates shown at the top of the Privacy Policy.
We will ask again for your consent to advertising Cookies
We have added the content of item 2 above (that Google may link the information with information it holds and identify you, and Google’s country of location and its personal information protection system) to the description of advertising Cookies in the Cookie consent banner and the Cookie settings screen.
So that those who have already consented to the use of advertising Cookies can review this description and decide again, the Cookie consent banner will be shown again the next time you visit this website. Until you consent again, the Google Ads tag will not be loaded. Your choice regarding analytics Cookies remains as it is. The settings of those who did not allow advertising Cookies (including those who selected “Necessary only”) do not change.
Changing your Cookie settings
You can change your choice regarding advertising Cookies at any time from “Cookie settings” in the footer of this website. If you disable them, the cessation of transmission will take effect from the next page load onward. If “Necessary only” is selected, the Google Ads tag is not loaded.
