Thank you for using BotShade.

The migration work previously announced is now complete, and BotShade resumed on Tuesday, May 19, 2026. Together with the resumption, custom commands — the headline feature of Phase 2 — are now generally available.

Table of contents:

Overview

BotShade, which had been paused since Wednesday, May 13, 2026, was brought back online today, Tuesday, May 19, 2026. With this resumption, the Beta phase has formally ended and we have moved into Phase 2.

We sincerely apologize once again for the extended inconvenience.

Service status

The following are operating normally:

  • Dashboard sign-in and all dashboard operations
  • Existing bot execution and command response
  • New account registrations

Live service status continues to be published on status.botshade.com. If you notice anything that looks abnormal, please reach out via our support Discord server or the contact form.

New: Custom commands

The headline feature of Phase 2, custom commands, is now generally available. You can define your own slash commands in the flow editor and invoke them directly from Discord. Command names, options, and response content are all customizable with no code.

Key points:

  • Define your own slash commands in the command builder; BotShade registers them on the target bot automatically.
  • Multiple option types are supported, including string, integer, boolean, and user / channel / role pickers.
  • Per-command execution control is built in, scoped by role and by Discord permissions.

For the full specification, usage, and known limitations, please refer to the release notes:

Handling of your bot data

Bots did not run during the pause, but all customer data has been preserved in full. No bot configuration, flow definition, command definition, linked Discord server information, dashboard account information, or usage history has been deleted or modified.

You can continue exactly from where you left off — please rest assured.

Contact

For any questions or feedback regarding this notice or custom commands, please feel free to reach out via our support Discord server or the contact form on the Support page.
