BotShade Becomes Generally Available on Friday, October 23, 2026
On Friday, October 23, 2026, BotShade will leave beta and become generally available (GA). Your account, Bots, and data will carry over as they are, and there is nothing you need to do.

In our October 5 announcement, we said general availability (GA) would arrive sometime in October 2026. The date is now set.
On Friday, October 23, 2026, BotShade becomes generally available.
The beta label is coming off.
Since Phase 2 began in May, we have shipped update after update based on your feedback, from custom commands to server protection, the casino, and earthquake information.

BotShade at general availability
The GA release starts with every feature we delivered during the beta, carried over as is. Here is a fresh look at what BotShade can do today.
Build
With custom commands, you put together the command name, options, and response entirely in the flow editor. Custom events let your Bot act when a message is posted or when someone joins, leaves, or moves between voice channels. Messages you send can include buttons, select menus, and Components V2.
If you have preview access, you can build with help from BotShader AI in the dashboard. BotShader AI reads what is on your screen to answer your questions, and it can also propose changes to your Bot’s settings, which take effect as soon as you approve them.
Protect
Server protection gives you coordinated spam detection, which catches raids carried out by many accounts at once, controls on invite links to other servers, and a banned word list. Members who keep breaking the rules receive escalating penalties, and you can review or revoke those records with /cases. Blackhole instantly penalizes any account that posts in a channel you have set up as a trap, so spam from compromised accounts is stopped at the very first message.
If you lose your server, you can restore its roles and channel structure to another server from a backup you created in advance.
Liven up
Alongside leveling, role panels, tickets, and polls, BotShade offers a casino with roulette, baccarat, and a 5-reel, 20-line slot machine. The casino has a server-wide jackpot and leaderboards. You can also add earthquake early warnings, which alert you before the shaking arrives, and earthquake information, which reports seismic intensity on a map after the shaking.
Run
Your Bot runs on servers located in Japan. On the add-ons page, you can add or remove some features, such as message screenshots and pinned messages, for each Bot.

What changes with GA
With the start of general availability, we will remove the “beta” label from this site and from the service.
For current users
Your current account, Bots, and data will continue to work as they are in the GA release. We do not plan any service downtime or any action on your part for the move to GA.
