Notice of Partial Revision of the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service (Clarification of Wording)
We have made it explicit that files in the file storage are included in the scope of backup encryption, and that images such as screenshots are included in the items displayed for Command Market listings. We have also removed from the list one outsourcing party whose service we no longer use. There is no change to the items of information we collect or the purposes of use.

On October 21, 2026, we partially revised the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service. These revisions bring the wording in line with our actual operations; there is no change to the items of information we collect or the purposes of use, and no outsourcing party or recipient country has been added (one outsourcing party that we no longer use has been removed). In accordance with Chapter 15, Article 1 of the Privacy Policy (changes that benefit users, clarification of wording, and changes of outsourcing parties) and Chapter 12, Article 1, Paragraph 2 of the Terms of Service, the revision applies from the time this notice is posted.
Changes
1. Scope of backup encryption made explicit
The Privacy Policy previously stated that database backups are encrypted with keys managed by the Company and stored in the object storage of Cloudflare, Inc. Because backups of the file storage, the area in which files uploaded by users (such as images) are kept, are now also encrypted with the same keys and stored in the same place, we have added the file storage to that description (the table in Chapter 7, Article 1; Chapter 7, Article 3, Paragraph 2; and Chapter 11 of the Privacy Policy).
2. Items displayed for Command Market listings made explicit
For Published Commands on the Command Market, we have expressly listed images such as screenshots among the items displayed to other users, alongside the name, description, flow structure, and the publisher’s display name (Chapter 3, Article 1 of the Privacy Policy; Chapter 5, Article 8-2, Paragraph 1 of the Terms of Service). This reflects the fact that screenshots uploaded by the publisher appear on the listing page.
3. Removal of an outsourcing party we no longer use
On October 20, 2026, we ended our use of Uptime Robot Service Provider Ltd. (Republic of Malta), which we had used to monitor the operational status of the Service (uptime monitoring). Accordingly, we have removed the company from the list of outsourcing parties in the Privacy Policy and removed the Republic of Malta from the countries of recipients (the table in Chapter 7, Article 1; the table in Chapter 8, Article 2; and Chapter 11 of the Privacy Policy).
4. Introductory notes updated
As the effective date of October 20, 2026 has passed, we have updated the introductory notes of the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service to describe the current versions (the revision that took effect on October 20, 2026, as partially revised by this notice).
